Play/Pause problem

Hello, just bought the iMix16 64 on iPAD, Under the Playback mode: Play/Pause is not working. The Play/Pause is behaving like Play/Stop. It just stop the video when I press pause. It did change to blue but it doesn't pause the video.

Second issue, when select freeze, it doesn't freeze the last frame of the video. It froze a second or so earlier instead. Thanks.

Hi,

do you mean video keeps playing even when the button is blue (in pause state)? If so, this would be very strange, it never happend before.

Freeze - this is how it works. It freezes the last second of the video not the last frame. We will check if we can freeze the last frame.
