i don't understand - is the problem in app user interface or with images displayed on external screen? If second, what type of images do you use (jpg, png, etc.)?

Good afternoon. This problem occurs both without external monitor on the iPad, and the derivation via the VGA adapter. Files in the jpg format.
Note that this effect is observed and png files, if user set fade-in and fade-out. Also, it fade itself takes place discretely (strobe effect).
Reinstalling the application has not solved the problem.
I noticed that the problem occurs in the values of fade-in and fade-out 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 sec. For values of 0.0 and 2.0, everything is fine.
