1

after last update does not play sound

iMIX16pro64 after last update does not play sound. Tracks plays half speed, but sound is not heared. (I have iPad3, iOS 9.3.5)

Please help..

Hi,

are you using tracks from iPad music library or your own files inside app?

I download music from dropbox.

In iMIX16 Band it works after update fine.

Fix is on the way. It looks like new feature Equalizer takes too much hardware resources on older devices. I will send update to Apple today. Sorry about the problem.

I'm having similar problems - is there any news on when this might be fixed? Sorry for the impatience but I have a show to run in a couple of days and I'm reliant on my iPad to run it.

don't worry fix is on the way. Already sent to Apple, hopefully it will be released tomorrow. Sorry about this bug. Will be more careful in the future.

No one and nothing is perfect (except my boss ).
I really appreciate that so quickly respond to problems early and fix it.
Quick feedback is not customary for each application developer.
Until now the application works faultlessly, for what belongs to you great thanks.
I hold those fingers crossed that you had the very good idea to improve your applications.

This happened to me right before a show performance. I tried both 16 and 64 pro on an iPad 2 and iPad Air. I've purchased a lot of products from iMix, on my computer and 2 iPads, and I've counted on it for professional work. This is a real setback in my trust of your products.

Also I use Gregs apps for professional work and I have problems, because they do not work. Saved my "life" free program MULTIPLAY, working under Windows. It is unbelievable what is functional and customizable. Certainly with it I will work even after it has are Gregs apps function. I'll have a 100% backup for the future ..

yes i understand. My fault and will never happen again. I sent a fix to Apple asap and asked for quick review because of critical bug, which means that fix would be released so quickly that most of the users would not even know about the bug, but i am still waiting for review.

Anyway all this will be sorted very soon and i promise i will do everything that it never happens again.
