Assign Keys to Cues

Hello Everybody,

Maybe this is only my problem, but I use Touch OSC to control MIX16PRO and also my lights and I would love to have the possibility to assign keys to different start Cues.

If it's already possible I failed to understand how.

Thanks in advance and regards for the wonderful work!

Hello Gregor!

Just to BUMP my request! :)

Thanks and keep up with the good work!

Hi,

sorry it was not possible to add this to the latest update. I will do it for the next one.

Just to be sure - you would like to assign keyboard keys to cues in the playlist. For example key A will trigger CUE 1, key E will trigger CUE 2, key 5 will trigger CUE 3, etc.

Hi Gregor!

Sure! That is the feature that I talked about, thank you so much!

I would like to assign MIDI keys to CUE 1, 2, etc in the MIDI Mapping the same way I can address Audio or Video.

Hello Gregor,

Once again my regards and compliments for you great work in this app!

Do you have any plan or time frame for the implementation of this feature?

It would be a great add!

Thanks!

Hello!

Sorry for the delay!

The idea is like having the possibility to address a keybord key or IPAD key to each Cue number. For example the Playlist Cue 5 will be addressed to Ch. X and Id Y. This would allow me to "jump" from one Cue to another without having to press the software on my Mac or Ipad.

Thanks!!

Any improvement on this?

Hello Gregor,

Great work by the way :)

I use an Ipad to command both MIX16Pro and my DMX controller program, but I have some shows that are Cues that repeat and the ideal would be to have a button in TouchOSC addressed to each Cue for example. As you have the possibility to map a cue as you have now to the audio, video and image channels it would be perfect to map each Cue start and stop in the MIDI Setup Mapping.

Thanks once again!

Hi,

please explain more. Do you mean MIDI messages or keyboard keys?
