We have used this app a lot since we have found out about Mix16 pro. But now we are running into issues with the videos that we are needing to play have an issue with the video dropping out but the audio is still. We have the app running on a few different computers and they are doing the same thing.
We need this to work.
I need to know more:
1. macOS and MiX16 PRO version
2. same video or random
3. at the same time or random
4. video file type (mp4 or mov)
5. mac connected to what (projector, monitor, etc.)
6. and how (HDMI, VGA)
7. is video still visible on Preview window
Also check macOS power settings and make sure turn off screen after time and screen saver are disabled.
