I am so frustrated. Wish there was a video on how to use the imix64. I have a new ipad and I am losing all my set ups. I have wasted 5 hours today. When i try to open a file everything is gone. I save it... I have done this over and over.. HELP

Help

I have two programs tomorrow and trying to set up files. I save one. Then if I press to open again I lose it all. What the ....is going on.. I have asked friends who use it... I am sure I am doing it correctly.. So frickin frustrated. 2 headache tabs later...

Hi,

which model of iPad do you have and which version of  iOS?

Do you have the latest version of the app?

Did you use your own media (audio, video, images) files - iTunes File Sharing or default iTunes library?

When you press Save do you get a window to enter setup name? If so when you enter name and confirm is setup file displayed in the list? And if so if you select it and tap Open what happens? Any error messages on screen?
