Hi! Thanks for the last app update (Version 6.0). What I want to achieve is the following: I have a series of video cues, some looped and others not. The cues are triggered externally via OSC by the performer, in random order. I would like to implement an OSC command that would fade any video cue that is currently playing. 

The group cue fade (video) works fine , but I can’t trigger each individual video track in the group via OSC

I am using Mix 16 Show Cue Pro (version 6.0) on my MacBook Pro Apple M1 Pro (macOS Tahoe 26.3). However, after the update, it stopped working and immediately crashes when launched. Can you help me?

Media Star Pro + Mix16 SC Pro Bluetooth Volume Control Issue

Hey everyone, hoping someone can help me out here!

I’m currently using **Media Star Pro** with Mix16 SC Pro on an iPad Mini, and my output is going via Bluetooth to a Bose P1 Pro.

Here’s what’s happening:

When I use Go Button on the iPad with the Go Button A** profile in Media Star Pro, everything works perfectly — I can control **all cues PLUS the iPad’s master/system volume directly through Media Star Pro.

However...

When I switch to Mix16 SC Pro and use the Media Star Pro

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to send a midi code from my iPad to my lighting software on my WIndows laptop? If so, then how would I set it up? Do I need a midi dongle for my laptop? My software is ShowXpress, and under Midi in it has options for Device, Channel, Type, Data, and Control. Any guidance would be appreciated as I have never used Midi before.

I am an absolute beginner, but I would like to connect Mix16 Show Control with TouchOSC via OSC. Unfortunately, I do not understand how to set this up. Could you please assist me with establishing the connection?  I want to send a costum message to Touch OSC

I would provision it through Mosyle after first purchasing the paid version of the app through Apple School Manager. I don't know if I'd need it on more than 2 iPads, but I wanted to ask first, just in case. I see that you can use it on multiple devices if you're signed in with the same Apple id, but will it recognize the school as a user on multipe devices if they're not, technically, signed into an Apple ID?

I have created a show with Mix16ShowCue app v3.2 on Mac OS Sequoia 15.0.1. 

I have exported it into one folder on Desktop and can see all the media and the .mix16sc file. All my devices are synced via iCloud.

When I go to my iPad Pro (OS 18.0.1) and browse with the Files app I can see the same folder- and I have used "Download now" too. 

Now when I open Mix16 Show Cue v3.2. on iPad and try importing from the same folder, all the files are greyed out- including the .mix16sc file.

Hello!  My wife and I both have Mix16 Pro on our individual MAC accounts.  We are trying to send saved show files with all of the sound/video files bundled together as zip files, but are getting errors when opening a file from the other's computer.  Is there a method that will allow us to share work between the two accounts?  Thanks in advance! 

Why in "single playback mode" not introduce tabs in the playlist to allow exceptions in playback which would allow for example to have different lights to launch on the scrolling of a single song... or maybe there is a solution and I don't know it.

I have a Donner Page Turner and have the ability to send Up/Down, Left/Right, with different modes on it.  I know by default that space/return will go to the next cue.  Is there a way I can add "Right" as another mapping for the GO button in MacOS?

I am having problems with OSC Scripts.   If I do /live/Grinning_Ghosts/Gost/001_Start/active  (5.0 in Val:) this works fine.  If I do the same with OSC Out Script: it only works if I leave the Val blank.  How do I pass Values using the script

Hi! First of all - I love the software. We ran an entire Two Person show with audio and light cues from an iPad with a Bluetooth midi controller. Worked perfectly! 

now for our next show in October I was wondering if it was possible to program a chase light Effect. (So basically playing a few light-scenes after each other on repeat) 

for example: 

• step 1: red lights on for 1 second 
• step 2: blue lights on for 1 second 
• step 3 green lights on for 1 second
• repeat

Is this possible with the current version? And if not -
