Hi,

please give me more details.
Which version of the app do you have?
What happens on startup - it won't start at all?
Any error message?
Did you try to delete and redownload app from the App Store?
Did you try to restart the iPad (power off)?

User reported that reinstallation of the app helped. Which means not a problem with the app but with installation from the App Store. It can happen (maybe a glitch in the internet connection during download).

To reinstall you have to delete the app first and then install it again from the App Store.

But note that when you delete the app you also delete all user files stored inside the app - setup files, midi mapping files and of course all media files (audio, video and images) which you transfered into the app. So make sure you create backup first. Use iTunes App File Sharing to transfer files to your computer and back to the app.

I am having the same problem. Reinstalled and iMix 16 pro crashes. Tried starting iPad up again too. Have s show going up in two days. Panic mode. 

People please ... "not working" does not help. DETAILS NEEDED. Which model of iPad? Which version of iOS? Which version of app did you have before the update? Thank you.
