Sound but no picture while connected to hdmi-cable

Hi there! Just updated my Ipad (8 gen)to IOS 15.6.1. After the update I get no video out of Imix when I  have an Hdmi cable connected to my video projector. I’m using An original Ipad hdmi to lightning adapter.  There is sound though! I have a copy of Imix on my old Ipad and that works just fine with the same cable and projector. Any ideas what could be the problem?Since if today I have the last version of Imix on my Ipad. But that didn’t solve the problem.

Hi,

in Video section (video channels) is the external info (bottom right below master) red or green? Does it display External Display Connected or Not Connected?

If you close iMiX16 is iPad screen visible on projector?

Yep I can see what you’re getting at. The green box is lit up so it says that external deep display is connected.When shutting down Mix display it does not mirror  iPad. So I gather there its something up with the software in the iPad? Has anyone else had the same problem after upgrading? I guess a lot of people have made that upgrade because of the security issues

Hi,

Problem solved ! Just for the record if anyone else has the same problem. You have to do a hard reboot of the iPad and strangely enough  now everything is working just fine.
