🚨 Media Star Pro + Mix16 SC Pro Bluetooth Volume Control Issue 🚨
Hey everyone, hoping someone can help me out here!
I’m currently using **Media Star Pro** with Mix16 SC Pro on an iPad Mini, and my output is going via Bluetooth to a Bose P1 Pro.
Here’s what’s happening:
👉 When I use Go Button on the iPad with the Go Button A** profile in Media Star Pro, everything works perfectly — I can control **all cues PLUS the iPad’s master/system volume directly through Media Star Pro.
However...
👉 When I switch to Mix16 SC Pro and use the Media Star Pro “Mix16 SC” profile, I lose control of the iPad’s system volume. Everything else works fine, but I can’t adjust the iPad’s main output level from Media Star Pro like I can with Go Button.
So now I’m stuck wondering — is this an issue with the **Mix16 SC Pro software**, or with the Media Star Pro profile for it?
If anyone has run into this before or has any insight, please let me know! 🙏
I need to address this issue ASAP to keep my show workflow running smoothly.

Hi,

using MiX16 SC Pro profile should change master volume in the app. Please check because it should work. Which means you can set iPad system volume to max and then control master volume in the app.

You can also try this (feedback from another user):
I tried it under another remote profile (SCS) on the mediastar pro remote and it works correctly.
