Hello all!

I'm using an ETC Element lighting board, which appears to only take MSC sysex commands.  From what I've been able to tell so far using mix16 pro on the Mac, it only supports note change commands.

Is there any way for me to format Midi show control hex commands and send them via a cue in mix16?

Is that possible to import a midi file and make it play in Imix ?

I mean I got some midi sequences already done for my patch change on my guitare and I would like to import .

I have two programs tomorrow and trying to set up files. I save one. Then if I press to open again I lose it all. What the ....is going on.. I have asked friends who use it... I am sure I am doing it correctly.. So frickin frustrated. 2 headache tabs later...

I am using Show Buddy v1.5.3 as a midi trigger for video in MiX16 PRO on my MacBook Pro. The audio in Show Buddy triggers a DMX lighting rig and we use the video from Mix16 PRO to show the video that should be synced.

The latency is inconsistent.  Sometimes the audio from Show Buddy will sync perfectly with Mix16 and sometimes it is off by about .35 seconds.

Show Buddy is run on Mac Mini Late 2014 8 GB ram 2.8 ghz processor.  No apps or wifi is running except show buddy.  MiX16Pro is run on a Mid 2009

Hi, firstly - awesome software thank you for making things so easy (for a beginner too!)

I've imported some videos, and I'm playing with the fade time however the videos don't fade in on the preview screen and sometimes they don't fade out.

I have selected single playback mode, fade time is 4 secs, the fader bars move up and down correctly but the video doesn't actually fade in or out.  Any ideas what i am doing wrong??

I am not too worried about the fade out as I can stop the video once the next one is playing, but

I tryed to launch a scene on Luminair with imix band but the scene doesn’t start when I start the cue in the playlist where I selected scene1 for Luminair.

Luminair is active on the same Ipad. Did I something forget ?

Wanted to see if MiX16 iPad can send to Sonos wireless speakers.  Would be great to have remote placement of sound effects speakers on stage without having to run all the wires.

I'm wondering if there are any plans to increase the number of assets available in each section of iMix16 Pro 64?

I have a Behringer UMC1820 USB interface for my Mac Mini. The Audio Midi Setup in Utilities recognizes the 10 outputs (plus 2 SPDIF) but Mix only recognizes the interface as one output. Any way to change that or take advantage of the separate outputs? 

I need to trigger two sound effects to play at the same time.  I would like to trigger that "group" as a cue item.  Is this possible with iPad mix16?

Saving a setup in iMIX16 Go

I have downloaded many songs locally from my library onto my i Pad Pro but keep getting the code error 10 message saying they have to be local files.  

When I attempt several times to upload the same song the app disappears altogether and I have to delete and upload it again.

Some songs will load correctly, but there seems no reason why some will load from my iPad and others wont.

Can you help me resolve this problem please.  A friend uses an iPad (not Pro) and has no problems. Is the iPad Pro compatible with the app?

I am having difficulty in getting the External Display Overscan setting to work properly. The default setting always gives me a black border around my videos when they play, so they are not filling the screen entirely. I can change the setting to NONE, and follow the instructions to restart the app and reconnect the external display, and can get it to work temporarily, but the setting never seems to remain. The next time I open the app and connect the external display, the black border is back, even though the setting still says NONE.

Can anyone help?

I have an audio/video sync issue, that is not caused by the Mix16 app, but is caused by sending video from my iPad through an HDMI connection to a projector, and the audio through the headphone socket to an audio mixer. Due to the separate journeys the two signals take they end up being slightly out of sync, with the audio arriving earlier than the video.

Is there a way to delay the audio, by having a feature whereby you can dial in a delay in milliseconds, so that depending on your local set up you can get the audio

I am wondering if it is possible to have any control over the video output in the iPad application. What I mean is things like aspect ratio brightness contrast saturation etc.

Also, it would be really very very cool if there were any keystoning or mapping tools…

The rest of this app is extremely well designed for performance, but without these types of adjustments to compensate for vatious situations, it’s a bit limited for what I need.  

Any suggestions?

hola!! llevo usando un tiempo Mix16pro y la app es perfecta, muy estable. La actualización con la posibilidad de cues de luces es una maravilla, sin embargo no estoy pudiendo configurar correctamente.

Utilizo un Enttec DMXUSB PRO, y tampoco lo estoy pudiendo hacer vía OSC con LXconsole.

Necesito ayuda, ya que me interesa seguir usando Mix16 pro, por su comodidad y posibilidades. Muchas gracias! y enhorabuena por vuestro trabajo!!
